Meet the studioWhat does Stillkind moderate?
Unsolicited bot spam, scams, promotional solicitations and suspected impersonation in comments on your own TikTok videos. Our current moderation policy is designed for crypto and finance creators. Genuine questions, criticism, jokes and ordinary discussion should stay visible. A coin name or Telegram mention alone is not a reason to hide a comment.
Do I need a TikTok Business Account?
TikTok’s current Accounts API documentation supports both Personal and Business Accounts. Live use also depends on TikTok approving our application, granting the required permissions and making the API available to your account. Stillkind is currently in preview; live access is not yet available.
How will I connect my account?
Create a Stillkind account, then approve the requested permissions on TikTok’s own authorization screen. Your TikTok password is never entered into or shared with Stillkind. Each account owner must authorize their own connection.
How quickly are comments checked?
The current product is designed to scan every 30 minutes after an initial scan of accessible comments. Processing time also depends on comment volume, API availability and rate limits. This is periodic moderation, not instant or real-time protection.
Can I undo a moderation decision?
The dashboard records hidden comments and lets you request restoration. AI can make mistakes, so review the activity regularly. Restoration depends on TikTok accepting the request; TikTok’s own moderation, deleted content or account restrictions may prevent a comment from becoming visible again.
Does Stillkind check older comments too?
The intended live workflow starts with a scan of older comments and replies that TikTok makes available through the approved API. Scheduled scans then discover new comments. Successfully processed comments are not sent to the AI again simply because another scheduled scan runs.
Do you use my comments to train AI?
We do not use customer comments to train our own models. Classification requests go to OpenAI’s API, which does not use API customer data for model training by default. Comment text, usernames, identifiers and video captions are included for context. Provider retention and possible international processing are explained in our privacy notice.
